We are so blessed. The success of our PTA organization relies on the tireless combined efforts of parents, teachers, staff and our students.

In 2016-17 after all committed expenses were paid, Kennedy PTA was able to donate $11,250 to Kennedy Community School.

These funds were used to invest in Chrome Books, flexible seating for every classroom (including balance boards, chair bungees, inflatable cushions, rockers and more), and a robotics kit.

This end-of-year donation is made after committed expenses are paid. Any balance over our established minimum checking account threshold is given to the school.

As Principal Laurie Putnam noted at our September PTA meeting, “We can afford these investments solely because of the work PTA does. What you do, every student feels.”
